Hello there,

I'm here today to sell my horror project that I've been working on for some time now. The game is a horror game with a unique idea that isn't just any old horror and does have a full document with ideas and has everything planned out for the game including things that have been added, been worked on and are yet to be added.

The game is a topdown game but don't let that put you off. The game uses topdown gameplay to enhance the experience and this is what makes this game so unique and so emerging.

The game is developed in the UE4 engine and already has some amazing, unique features that may catch your eye. As I'm selling the game and not everybody has experience with using Unreal Engine and don't know the way I use it, I'm going to be offering to help where I can with the game and help you through the development process. I unfortunately don't have the time to continue it for myself and would like to sell it all to someone that would be willing to use it.

The game has a trello page that is ready to be handed over. This includes everything you will need and has a full range of ideas.

Most of my code is all commented so that it is easily readable.
