Founded in 2015, we broke through as a new BuildTeam. In early July 2017, our former owner quit, giving way to a rebirth of the team.

1.- The order will start to be built if and when the 50% upfront payment is made.
2.- The main third-party payment service is PayPal, so every payment is made through it.
3.- Whether the customer cancels the current order, the down payment is kept. Conversely, if it is the builder who cancels the order, the payment must be compulsorily returned.

5.- The customer has not the rights of the build, even for reselling nor for giving credit himself.

7.- Once the second payment is made, the costumer has 48h (forty-eight hours) to modify the build if he is not satisfied at all.

2.- The customer sends a brief as detailed as possible containing the following sections:
•Size
•Theme
•Deadline
•Sort of build
•Special requirements (if needed)
•Secondary contact methods (if needed)
3.- Once all the requirements are argued, the 50% upfront payment is made.
4.- The customer can request a look-over whenever he likes.
5.- Once the customer is satisfied with the build, the second part of the payment is made. See the seventh period of Terms and Conditions.
