Hello, I'm here today because I have decided to look for a server partner/co-owner for my server. I was looking for co-owner few months ago as well... Back then I received only one good application but shortly after accepting it.... that person lost interest in the server.
About the server
Gamemodes: Creative and survival
Server IP: Mc-Orion.com
(few weeks ago we hit 9 players at peak without any advertising, currently max 3-4)
Please note server is already running (v1.12) it just needs proper maintenance (updating some plugins, bug fixes, etc.)
This is long term project...I'm not looking to build it up and shut it down after few months. (server has been already running for 2 years)
I should also mention that my goal is not to build up a large community...10-15 people would be completely fine/max for me.

What I offer:
◘ If we don't expand the server considerably than I can handle pretty much all hosting costs for the server (currently 6GB Anvilnode gold plan)
◘ Small advertisement (there is little traffic from my PMC and YouTube accounts.)
◘ I can also handle pretty much all in-game building stuff.
◘ If we succeed and server starts to bring in more than $15 per month then 40% of profit will be yours.
What I expect from you:
◘ No investment is required from you unless you specifically want to improve some aspects of the server.
◘ I would like to point out that you don't need to be professional at this...little experience and a will to learn will be enough.
◘ I have been fairly busy lately ...building and managing my Sellfy shop takes a lot of time so you must be prepared for all kinds of server related work. (Includes plugin setup/configuration, managing social media/advertising, interacting with community, etc.)
◘ You must be reasonably dedicated to the project. Don't get me wrong there is no pressure from me how much or when you need to work on server but the last thing I want is person who quits after few weeks saying he don't have enough time anymore :/
◘ You should enjoy Survival or Creative gamemode...(kind of obvious, so you don't have to push yourself to log on and spend some time simply playing Minecraft)
◘ I'm genuinely looking for a person around 17 years old or older but there can be exceptions because I'll be mainly looking at your post history to determine are you suitable for this position. (If you like to "troll", "trash" threads or curse and act immature then I'm not looking for you)
◘ This brings us to next point...
You must have decent posting history on this website because unfortunately I cannot trust this position to a new member and completely unknown person. (If you have an account with history on PMC, Spigot or MinecraftForum.net that could do as well)
◘ And last but not least... you should be prepared to do this mostly for fun or experience and not with expectations to receive fortune out of it...
