Overview of my experience: Staff Management:
3 years of experience.
Mineplex, 2020-2023 ~1.5k concurrent players during that time.
Staff Manager: Duties included mentoring new staff members, monitoring older staff members, keeping logs on activity for each staff member, administering knowledge tests, and conducting meetings.
Newsletter Manager: Duties included processing applications for the team, onboarding new members, assigning articles, final edits for each article, adhering to strict deadlines, and working with the graphic design team to create the newsletter itself.
Marketing:
5 years of experience.
Mineplex, 2015-2017 ~30k concurrent players during this time.
- Social Media Manager, post creation and editing manager: Duties included assigning posts for other social media members to create, creating posts for Twitter & Facebook, editing posts made by other members, and final approval for each post.
- Community Manager: Duties included hosting events for the community, managing the ideas section of the forums, gathering input from players about various aspects of the server, and communicating with developers about what the community is requesting to see next.
Apex Hosting, 2022-2023
- Social Media Manager: Duties included creating short form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; editing photos, and interacting with content creators and server owners.
