What I want: This plugin is like a title plugin, but you can make your own titles and other stuff. You can give titles out and Have fun with them.
Ideas for commands:
/title (GUI menu)
/titlecolor (GUI menu for editing title with colors and bold and stuff)
Ideas for permissions:
customtitles.menu
customtitles.colors (but more permissions, like I want to be able to give certain people permissions to use multiple colors and bold and italics and stuff based off a donation rank they buy using pex)
etc...
or if there is plugin like this that would be great if you could appoint me to it.

After working several more hours on this Trade plugin, it is far more complicated than I initially envisioned.
There are a variety of complicated situations to account for and this is going to take a lot more time.
Lucky for you, I love a good challenge and I'm going to continue learning what is required and working on this trade plugin for you.

This plugin will send a message to a person who has the permission (fusionadvert.alert) and it will say &c[ADVERT] &f> &b(player)&f said: ((what the player sent)) &b&nClick here to ban &c(note: take screenshot)
this has to support/msg, /pm, /r, /whisper, /w, /tell, general chat, faction chat, ally chat, basically everything.
keywords: anything that contains (dot) or two words that have a dot in the middle of them without having space for example: play.fusionrush.com, fusionrush.com, fusionrush(dot)com, fusionrush(.)com or (fusionrush . com).
if you could also add a section so when a player says anything regarding fusionrush.com the people with the permission (fusionadvert.alert) will not be notified)
ban message: You have been automatically banned for advertisment! Appeal at: fusionrush.com
And a unban command which is /faunban (player) and the command to ban a player is /faban (player) but please also make a click event for the /faban (player)

Since your project suggestion is extremely similar to AdAlarm, a plugin which I wrote for Sentencings and Johntacular, I'm going to be taking AdAlarm and refurbishing it to include more customization options, less false positives, and a customizable messages.yml.
Due to the high volume of AdAlarm related requests, perhaps I'll release the plugin exclusively on MC-Market and maintain it here.
This project will likely be completed in the near future but I'd say this plugin will be finished by the 13th of October at the latest.
