Drop Party plugin!

Features:
- Predefine unlimited # of drop parties in config (location, radius of how far the items are spurted out, items and percentages, and duration of drop party)
- Each drop party can be activated with a command: /dp <dp name>
- When a drop party is activated, a chest appears in its location and opens, which then starts to spurt out items. It should disappear after the dp ends. Fireworks are launched at the moment it ends as well.
- Language File to edit all text (should have a plugin prefix that I can set)

Features:
- If you are lets say, a new player (default rank) and try to do the command /ban, It will reply to you saying "&9Permissions> &7This requires Permission Rank [&9{rank required}&7].
- If you are that rank, then you will have permission to initiate the command and it will not tell you that you require that specific rank.
- Has a config file that lets you change the feedback of the command.

if you could also add a section so when a player says anything regarding fusionrush.com the people with the permission (fusionadvert.alert) will not be notified)

ban message: You have been automatically banned for advertisment! Appeal at: fusionrush.com

And a unban command which is /faunban (player) and the command to ban a player is /faban (player) but please also make a click event for the /faban (player)

permissions:

fusionadvert.alert
fusionadvert.ban
fusionadvert.unban

if possible please make a messages.yml file for the ban message and the alert message.

Would you be able to make a plugin that opens a single chest gui when you type /class. Then be able select a item which would load a kit into inventory. The kit would be configurable and would be able to add lores. Also if the if there was a way the level could be random for a lore so below you could but all the numbers or numerals you want for that lore.

can you make 2 plugins
i want to make a survival server with a worldboarder that expand 25 blocks a day but when you die it gets smaller
and 1 pluging to give me and my friends coins after slay mobs or mining stones and with that coin we can open a chest or a qublet like cubecraft with random things
i want to pay if you prefer that but i dont have paypal
hope you want/can help me and my friends
