How much It takes from the moment you send BTC to the moment you receive PayPal?

I process the exchanges manually, but from 11AM to 11PM the average wait time is 10 minutes. Selling Bitcoin takes a bit longer depending on the Mempool.

Looks good, but you'll need to introduce the PayPal option for me to be able to buy some.

Since you can chargeback on PayPal easily, that option will be for verified users only with a minimum reputation requirement.
