About Me

I’m a 14 year old that has knowledge about business. At school I’m in a group called DECA that teaches all about being an entrepreneur, marketing, finance, and much more. When I’m older I plan to start a business that revolves around teaching young people how to start a business and become successful as an entrepreneur.

To me, management is key to any service, server, or company. I’ve been in the management field for a little over 3 years. I know what I’m doing when it comes to higher up roles, so when hiring me, you can trust me to assure things get done.

Don’t take my age as a reason of denial, as I’m very mature and a chance that’s not worth missing.

Experience

As said above, I’ve been in the management field as an administrator and owner for a little over 3 years, jumping between 50+ minecraft servers and a few companies that are friend owned.

Let’s begin with Minecraft related business that was successful in development and release.

RadiusNetwork - Owner

RadiusNetwork is one of my favorite minecraft servers that I have owned for one soul purpose; it was where my journey began.
I learned so much from Radius ranging from advanced commands, configuring, and management.
I was the guy that did all the behind the scenes work, managed all the staff duties, and the employment of everyone who came onto the team.

Sadly enough, Radius was shut down by a competitor server. The manager was a Spigot Moderator and banned my developer off of Spigot, where we got our plugins.
At the time, as stated, this is where I began and I was unaware of Bukkit so the server was put to rest.

PurticalNetwork - Owner

PurticalNetwork was the 3rd network out of 5 that I owned. Chique and I were the owners (you can refer to him for a vouch of my work).
It was pretty successful in its development stages. We had a full staff team that was working on the server constantly as we wanted to release as soon as possible.

A few bad things happen on the management side that I do not want to mention, which led to the fall of PurticalNetwork a week before it was set to release.
The good part was that there was a projected minimum of 100 players at release, possibly more if we continued to work on that last week.
(Just a heads up, the Purtical name, logo, and ownership has been in SpigotIP’s hands ever since we shut down as he had the logo on his PC and used it for his own as it’s no longer in use.)

MagicFactions - Manager

MagicFactions released Fall of 2017 and had a PB of 100 when opened.
As the manager, I was in charge of the forums, staff team, changelogs, community development, beta testing, and a ton more.
I resigned in December of 2017 as I wanted to pursue something that I thought would be better for me which was writing music!

HCBrawl - Owner (Current)

I currently own HCBrawl with an amazing staff team that I’m so thankful for having. This was previously owned by Defusal (unknown MCM name!).
I’m in charge of finding staff, promotions and demotions, behind the scenes work, working with our developers for our upcoming release (unknown ETA).
I will edit this part of the thread accordingly to the updates of HCBrawl!

This Minecraft experience might not seem like much, but remember, I’ve owned 50+ servers and these were the most successful 4 so far.

Company related business (Friend Owned).

MCExchange - Owned by 0bxx (you can refer to him for vouch of my work)

I wasn’t a part of MCExchange as it sadly closed after Flaten wanted to pursue different topics.
MCExchange was a Discord Marketplace (kinda like an MCM for discord, only a LOT smaller).
Over my time there I helped Flaten with some management things and advertised, but other than that, nothing much happened while I was there and it was open.

AgoraMC - (Current Project)

AgoraMC is intended to be a service provider, that offers Graphics, Setups, Development, and pretty much anything else service related on MCM.
I’ve lost motivation in this project but that won’t happen for much longer as I’m building funds to make it better.

I’m currently incharge of finding support team members and freelancers, paying for thread designs and the logo, discord management, and building the website.
Agora is VERY new so not much has happened here. I will update accordingly to the updates of Agora.

Project Nine - (Shut down; support team member)
Project Nine was a business owned by my IRL friend. It was a service that provided web development and Xenforo design.
I was a support team member. I hold a record for the business which was a total of 198 support tickets solved.

I’ve answered questions ranging from time length for development, refunds, complaints, and much more. From Project Nine, I learned how to deal with VERY stressful situations and how to control it to I do not frustrate myself.

My friend however lost motivation in the business in late 2016.

Again, the experience might not seem like much, but I can assure you, I can get the job done.

Attributes

There are many things about me that show why I should be the next choice for a management position on your company or server.

Cooperation

I am able to cooperate with other players and suck out the good sides of them. I always listen to the people and I cooperate them. I know this is corny but I honestly go by the "golden rule" treat people the way you would like to be treated. I care about how people feel.

Patient

I am very patient with players. I feel as if it’s better if you wait and let people explain themselves and not just full on assuming things. Also, it's good to have in a crisis. I would be patient to get the person’s full attention to sort out the issue.

Honest

Honesty is one of the most important parts of becoming a manager for anything. I am a down to earth honest guy. I always tell the truth because it's important when someone asks you a question. They might be thinking, "Is this guy lying?".. I hate that feeling. Also, I am very humble. I don't brag about what I have over other players. That is so rude and inconsiderate because you don't know what's going on in the other person life.

Personality

I'm a very friendly, open, and sweet guy. I love experimenting with different things, and I feel attached to things I care about. For these reasons, I feel like my personality could impact the community I want to target. For example. There are likely people that are fine with the way something is, but by having a positive attitude and an open mind for other's opinions, I can inject my own reasoning for wanting change and take into the considerations of others. After that, I could propose an agreement and deliver it to the owner for consideration. This could result in players changing their opinion on how they like something now, even if it's only by a little bit.

Dedication

Dedication is the main factor that is motivating me to put my efforts into moderating and focusing on contributing to the server/company’s success. Possessing this quality indicates that I am committed to this role, so I believe that maintaining professionalism and leadership are essential traits to maintain whilst helping out in the community.

Being a role model

Possessing the traits of adaptability leadership, honestly, are fundamentally important when others view you as a mentor or role model. Preserving a happy atmosphere throughout a community could manifest in the form of inspiration for others to be friendly or positive as well. I am also aware that slacking or violating rules could significantly impact how a community would view the server/company regulations and follow how others, role models/staff members, in particular, would act.

Knowledge of Business

When it comes to business, I know many of the correct ways to do things such as advertisement, support, and management.

When it comes to advertisement, I’ve seen many people spend hours and hours working on their perfect service and then finally advertise it and get no sales and no interest in it at all.
With me on the team, that can change. I know how to advertise a service that will get sales and people will be interested in it!

What I do is simply target the community that your service revolves around. That way, people who actually need your service can get it within their reach.
I have other tactics that involve professional threads and much more.

| Support

Answering support tickets is fairly easy to even starters. But sometimes, when the speed of answering the ticket is slow, or the answer given is that accurate, the customer will just backout and never come back again. This can result in a scam report against your service if they have already spent money, which obviously isn’t that good.

What I like to teach my support members is to be patient and courteous of the customer so that they would like to purchase the service again. Answer the questions carefully and don’t be afraid to reference to the FAQ or a higher up staff member if you do not know the answer to a specific question.

| Management

I’ve said this many times throughout this resume: Management is key to any server or company.
I know how manage staff teams, large communities, and communication devices.
I’m always ready to answer higher up questions. I also would like to add, I’m very skilled when handling partnerships with other services, servers, and famous people. Your company or server will grow with me on the team.

Conclusion

As we wrap up this resume I’d like to say thank you for taking the time out of your day to read and consider me for a position on your service or minecraft server.

I have no knowledge about this individual from any previous experiences but the thread appears very professional!

There are some sentence mistakes although, such as:
Possessing the traits of adaptability leadership, and honestly and fundamentally important
Afterall I'm pretty sure everyone will know you meant 'Possessing the traits of adaptability, leadership and honesty are fundamentally important.'

If not, I'd love to hear.

Again, appears very well and it were indeed around 1.866 words, I checked;).

Thread looks very professional.

A question you’ll probably get in the future is: where did the neg reps come from? If I were you, I'd address them now instead of having to be asked later.

I've also got another question: you're fourteen and have been managing for over three years? That's either seriously impressive or a rather over exaggerated.

Sorry for the semi-trash, I was just a bit interested.

Otherwise though—the grammar and overall quality of the thread looks high-quality af.

Good luck with your services!

Thank you for bringing this up actually. I will explain my neg rep now.

A while back I was buying an account from Lip (it appears that he changed his name as I can't tag him :3), and the payment would not go through on the visa card that I had to pay with.
I gave him the card info as we agreed, he tried a test payment of 1 cent, which didn't work, and he claimed that I tried to scam him, and pulled the account from me. I've talked to him after this and he says the past is the past and we're all good now :).
The other rep is from a user that got mad at me for telling him to stop trashing my thread after he constantly kept saying "devouch, horrible person, etc etc" and he had never done a deal with me. I believe this rep is false but it wont get removed as its "valid rep" even though there is no proof of this claim.

Now let me explain my 3 years of experience.

Yes I am 14 and have been "managing" for 3 years.
I say managing in quotations because 75% of it was just running small minecraft servers, which I do count as managing just it wasn't as professional back then because I was 11 and 12 when I was just starting.
So back to that, I was 11 when I first owned a server with my friend, and yes I will say again, I like to count that as management.

At 13 years old however, that's where it kicked off.
I started to be a sales rep for smaller companies off MCM, and open my first network with a friend.
I gained a lot of my knowledge at this age, being more mature.
I'm currently 14 years old and I think I'm doing well for myself as a manager which is why I came here to offer my services.
