You do understand how legitimate employment works right? We require employees to provide proof of age and sign W2 forms now for our tax write offs. We're a real company, just as Minecript was. Because we marked people off as freelancers previously insstead of employees I didn't have to worry about legalities. It was their issue. 5k$ in sales later, we wanted to rebrand, run it right, and improve our entire system. The old system of payments and %s were PAINFUL because I was SO restricted. Now that we pay people hourly, I can have sales reps as high as 25%! But I've got to make money somehow

You don't need anymore then 1 person to advertise your services on other threads requesting service.

You either dont understand how the business world works or don't know what a sales rep is due to idiots misrepresenting us and other companies. We're not just on mcm first of all, we run ourselves in the real world. Since the company has quite an aggressive model we seek our clients. Our clients seek us as well due to the name having some reputation behind it and quality service, but it's a dime a dozen. If you want to stand out and really get to money, you have to go find it. The more people out there hunting the better. We provide business numbers, emails, and proper training now. Unlike Minecript in times previous. So whatever you thought of it before, isnt the same now. Hence why I fired all but 3 reps from our original 30 man untrained and unmonitored lineup.

Im a businessman. Keep your morals in your pocket and keep your money in your mouth, where it belongs.

I appreciate the compliment, but grouping them together and insulting all of them is a bit rude. We've had and still have many great reps. I'm aware our previous tacit to get sales was a bit annoying, but it's been changed and is a lot more efficient now. If you want to offer critisim, please let it be constructive.

We rebranded because working spiky through a Minecript forum and name is a bit outdated. We have expanded plenty and have recruited plenty OFF this site. This is merely where we gain some name and make relationships with customers. I would appreciate you keep any more questions off our post as it makes it look messy!
