How much time do you have to contribute to the server?
1 hour daily, 2-3 on weekends.
Why do you want to become a staff member on Mianite Interactive?
I am looking to make my presence known here on MCM and elsewhere in regards to writing lore. I feel like this experience would allow me to do that just, while having fun and improving on my writing proficiency.
Why should we accept you as a staff member on Mianite Interactive?
You should accept me as a staff member because of my ability to channel creativity, my experience in writing, my professionalism and my willingness to do the job until it's done right.
What is your past experience with the position you're wanting? If any.
I have written chronicles of SaiCoPvP staff members, and I was actively doing said chronicles about 1 year ago. Since then, my writing has improved. Recently, I have been doing vouch copies for MCM community members, and all have given me positive vouches thus far.
Do you have any examples of your work?
I have written chronicles previously. This is the only evidence of writing I can supply, as my recent works have been for customers, which I will not be releasing as it for their sole use.

As I had said to previous people that wanted me to add them on Skype. I will not add you on skype. Even if you make a application and get accepted I will contact you on Discord, not Skype. Hello! For a Admin application this is really bad. It's even horrible for a Helper application. With that said, you application has been denied and you can apply again in three days. I would recommend you add a lot more detail and check for grammar mistakes, not only that but, reading through the Scenarios you really dont have a good knowledge of how to handle one of those Scenarios (Scenario 2).

How much time do you have to contribute to the server?
Up to 8-10 hours maximum during the weekend and about half that during the week. I am involved in multiple after-school activities so during the week I will not be as active, but that will not damper my work ethic.
Why do you want to become a staff member on Mianite Interactive?
I spent some time reading over the post about the server and I have to say that it is a very interesting concept that I think has potential to be able to expand and become very successful, my goal is to simply aid the potential in any way I can with what I am given.
Why should we accept you as a Helper on Mianite Interactive?
I am a very hardworking individual, once I have a goal in mind, I don't stop until that goal is achieved. I am also very punctual and am very good with managing times, deadlines are very important to me because they are there for a reason and should be held up. With that, I think I would be an excellent addition to the staff team.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, why?
I will admit to being banned on smaller servers in the past, but that was when I was much younger and not near as mature as I am today. My childish antics are in the past and I am much more aware of my actions and their consequences.
What is your past experience moderating a server? If any.
I don't have much experience being in moderation, but I feel the role is very much self-explanatory so I think I can pick it up fairly quick. As I previously said, I am very hardworking and dedicated to my goals, even with my somewhat lack in previous experience, I still believe myself to be possibly a nice asset to your staff team.
Anything else you would like to include?
I consider myself to be a decent builder, so if the build team needs an extra hand, I'd be more than happy to lend my skills.
Scenario: Someone is hacking but you have no power to ban the player. What do you do?
I would contact a staff member that has the necessary power to punish to handle the situation.
Scenario: A player is constantly being disruptive to other players. What do you do?
At first, I would warn the player, and if they continued, I would temporarily mute them. If the player continued to break the rules, I would take further action such as a kick or a temporary ban from the server.
Scenario: You’re fighting a player and you think he has force-field, but you’re unsure. What do you do?
I would contact another staff member for their opinion on the matter so that way there would be another staff member's thoughts to decide upon for possible punishment.
Scenario: You’re receiving two messages from players on the server at the same time. One is reporting a player for hacking and asked if you could watch him. The other is asking a swarm of questions. How would you handle this?
That would depend on my received rank. If I was a helper, I would refer the first player to a higher staff member and then continue to answer the questions of the second player. If I was a higher rank than Helper, I would essentially do the reverse.
