I’m a 17 year old boy that enjoys to play video games both competetive and casual with friends. On my freetime I usually play football or play videogames, I also like working out.

The competition with other users offering managerial services - require your thread to stand out more if you want to be noticed. Having custom made thread designs would definitely do that, or maybe filling it with a bit more appropriate paragraphs that highlight your strengths as a manager.

Secondly, in your "About Me" block, it would be "competitive", "free time" (with a space) and "video games" (with a space). Doesn't impact or demonstrate your managerial skills, just pointing it out so you can fix it! :)
