Well, this is a "unique design". However, that doesn't always mean better. Whilst looking great with shaders, it'd probably be hell without. Though, you can try to prove me wrong. You used default Minecraft oak trees(anyone can do that). Also, the islands above darken the spawn below a lot. Like said with shaders, you can't notice this as much. I'll admit your structures look nice, but copied and pasted.
My point is that this would look completely the different in game as well as that it is not worth $35 starting bid($20 probably).
None of this criticism is meant to be offensive. You can just take note of this for future reference.

Thank you for the feedback, this spawn was built for a factions server that came to me and wanted something just like this. They backed out so now im here. By copy and pasted do you mean I built one building an used it on the islands? Starting Bid is changed to 20$.

This is a old servers spawn called KoonKraft, this spawn is literally from at least 8 months ago. Why would you come to sell it now? Honestly dont think you made this spawn. Koonkraft had a very high budget and in my opinion would have gone to someone well known.

You can ask drew, emilio, and nate. They were all on when I was building it. They decided not to use it, if you can show me proof of them using that would be great but you are false.
