While I was in the discord and I gave information about things I was wanting a quote on, tofty wanted/wants to do a voice call to discuss further, honestly not sure why that is needed but ok. Anyways still haven't gotten my quote, I'm to busy to meet for a voice call, I just want a quote on the work I want done. I'm extremely busy and don't really have time to meet for a voice call about a quote which I have given information towards already. I gave the same information else where and got a script back that day.
I did noticed a review from a user I will leave anonymous that said 0/10 been waiting five days for a single sentence. Right afterwards the review channel was removed from view and still isnt there. I contacted the said user and he said "...save your money and go with someone else - I just think it's crazy that it took 5 days to respond to me for clarity about writing a single sentence :/". Here is proof below that they took down reviews.

I've just explained my reasoning within the ticket as to why I think a voice call was necessary. Last night, we had agreed a time to speak but unfortunately you were unavailable. Given I intended on providing a quote after the voice call (hence the purpose of the voice call) which you didn't attend, I find it bizarre that you expected a quote. I, however, was available for the call and waited for you for 30 minutes before leaving. If you were too busy, you should've let me know and we could've found an alternative time that would've worked for you. Due to our commitment to meeting the exact requirements of the work laid out by our clients, we ask for more information before providing a quote. By doing this, it ensures that the quote is fair for both ourselves and yourselves.
In regards to our review channel - as I'm sure you noticed, we're transitioning to a website which will include a feedback form. The reviews channel was accidently synced with the category permissions on Discord, instead of just being open to our clients. The channel exists to collect reviews that we can use on our website (which is currently in development), and is not intended to be public. The reviews channel was available publicly, on accident, for under 24 hours before my staff corrected the permissions.
In regards to the user who contacted you, he reached out to us last week asking for some free inspiration for project. I mentioned to the user that we'd be happy to give a general steer to the project for them, although I'd have to prioritise paid commissions. The user agreed. On the 12th October, I said that I should be able to have it done for the user tomorrow. On the 13th, as I was completing the free job, I asked the user for some information that, without it, would have rendered me unable to complete the work. As I was dealing with a new concept within creative writing, I was previously unaware that I'd need this information until I came to tackle the project. The next day, they got back to me with the required information, and then only a handful of hours later did they post a review, giving me only a number of hours (whilst I was in class) to complete the work.
Given I offered the inspiration for free, and have since worked on the job and provided the user with a comprehensive document, I didn't expect this reaction.
