Why do you want to become a Moderator (MUST BE DETAILED):

I would like to be a Admin on Minelegion because I believe I have what it takes to help the server reach its potential for the future. Minelegion is a very unique server and I want to say I helped it become what it will be in the future. Some of the things I can bring to the table -

- My absolute favourite thing in the world is fun, I feel like I can be a Admin and share a few laughs with the community at the same time, I want to make sure people have a great time on Minelegion and make every player feel welcome and special. I would love to make every players experience the best it can be and also make the new players want to stay and potentially donate to the server.

- I like to think of myself as a creative person, I love coming up with new ways and ideas to improve the server. My Ideas can be big or small, but if making the server even the tiniest bit better would be enough to put a smile on my face.

- However, Although I think this server is great, I have seen a lot of toxic players in the chat lately. I have seen many players and even staff receive hate from other players. I hate people who pick on others and I want to put an end to it. I feel the server would be a lot more flowing if some players learnt to grow up and know the value of respect. I feel I can help enforce respect by being pretty strict on what some players think is ok. I want to deal with situations in chat before they turn into a huge argument.

- As a Admin I will try to be as efficient as possible, as I said above I will try my best to put out situations before they grow. I will also be as quick as I can to respond to forum posts and people asking me for help in chat.

- As I have also said above, I want to make every special feel unique. A role I think is best suited for Admin is having proper conversations with the new players, make them feel wanted, as they are. I want to give the impression of a warm, happy server. And they will soon discover how unique it is on their own.

- The server has a huge future, we just need to get it there. I will try my very best to be a credit to the staff team, and the server. All I want to do is to help the server. That is my number 1 intention and the only reason I am typing this right now.

I would like to thank you all greatly for giving me the quick feedback as well as all who have read my application to the end.


What do you think you can bring to the mod team:

I can bring alot of work and joy to the server. Since i owned many servers i know how to handle a grown server. I know almost everything about the game and HCF. Since i owned a HCF server i can bring alot of experience to the server. I know how to help out players etc.

What made you click on our thread? : I click on recently commented on threads because I always try to provide insight in to other's issues/ideas.

How long have you played minecraft? : I started in 2012 and have been playing it actively for about 3 of those years.

Do you have any experience in coding? : Yes. I can code Java moderately well and my cousin is more experienced. We sometimes code together.

How long can you play Minelegion daily : For the next two weeks, I can play for 8 hours per day. Then school will start and i'll play for 4 hours.

Fluent Languages Spoken: English and French. I started to learn French three years ago, but was good enough to skip a year.

Other past/current minecraft servers: I've owned multiple minecraft servers. The most notable was TribalHCF. I owned it about two months ago and on-release we had 50 players. But due to our host, MCPH, it crashed and consistently began lagging because of the player base. We lost about 20 and had a solid 30 player, playerbase. We made about 200$ before we shut it down.

Any past minecraft administration: I've been staff on many servers, however some of them are small and I will briefly go over the small ones.
Enjoicraft: In 2012, I was obsessed with McPVP, and found a KitPvP server called Enjoicraft. I played it for about a month and decided to donate 70$. The owner was astounded. About 3 months later, the player base began to fall. I made a staff application and I was accepted. I started off as trial mod and began to actively moderate for 6+ hours per day. I was promoted to moderator two weeks later. It was quite uneventful on the server for a while, but the owner took a few of my ideas, (for advertising and kits), and the server's playerbase bounced to 30. I was promoted to "Trial Admin". I know it's a weird rank, but whatever.... I built a giant pvp arena and a spawn and then I was accepted to be admin. After being active and helping people with their issues, I was promoted to Co-Owner. Not much changed. Then the ex Co-Owner came back and I was demoted back to Admin. I felt as if this was an injustice, but it didn't matter because the ranks were essentially the same besides the prefix. I decided to quit the server as the owner wouldn't listen to any of my ideas and began to sellout to the Co-Owner. (ex: Subscribe to him on youtube and get a free kit!). I went back to MCPVP until I found a new server, HGKits.
HGKits: After wasting a year on Enjoicraft, I knew that I'd have to start with a bigger server to not have it shut down. I donated 40$ to HGKits for all of the classes and played on it for about 6 months. It's playerbase was solidly 60 players. LaXboy would play on the server so I knew that this server would be alive for a long time. I applied around April 2013 and was accepted. I played for weeks until I was promoted to Moderator. I loved the server, but the playerbase was falling. It was down to 20 players. We revamped the server and I was promoted to Mod+ a month after. My cousins decided to apply and they were accepted. They were Trial mods, but ultimately quit, as one couldn't provide enough time to the server, and the other decided to mainly play MineHQ. I was promoted to admin the following month, and co-owner two months later. The player base was falling down to 40, then 25, then 10. I told the Owner that we needed to advertise and revamp the server, but he was more invested in hacking on other servers, so he shut down the server. This was 2014. I had to find another server. Fortunately, my cousin knew the Owner of a server called SparkPVP.
SparkPVP: This server was famous. Hundreds of people would play it. I was whitelisted before map one. I applied and I was accepted to Moderator. I played for three weeks, but I lost interest and decided to play CS:GO. In 2015 I returned to Minecraft and haven't been staff on any notable servers.

Any other game past administration: None really. Most games don't have a hierarchy of administration.

Are you aware that if you are staff on factions you are not permitted to play on the factions server?: Of course! It's huge advantage and it prevents administrator abuse.

Why do you want to become a Moderator (MUST BE DETAILED): Because I believe I can make this server huge. I can bring a sense of protection to the server. On almost every server, there are malicious players with dark intentions. These are the players who make DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) threats and death threats to the players. These types of people make the game no fun for anyone. Nobody wants to play with these types of players. I can rid these horrible players from your network. Whether they're hacking, being toxic, or making threats. I am experienced in screensharing players for cheats, such as Aimbot, Triggerbot and Xray, or more blatant hacks, such as KillAura, Fly and Phase.


What do you think you can bring to the mod team:
I can bring fun experiences and great ideas. I believe that I can teach the other staff members what I know and have them teach me. The more we collectively know, the better we can administrate the server.

What made you click on our thread? : Well I have been playing on a server that I am Admin on for about 6 months. However I think I can provide time for another server at a small position such as Moderator or Helper that wouldn't take up as much time as being a Admin, Head-Admin, Developer, etc. So I was looking around and saw this server and thought I might give it a shot.

Any past minecraft administration: I have had a lot of past minecraft administration being with many small servers and some big. By big I mean 50+ playerbase. Small servers were usually 15 or less on a day. When I first started Minecraft I didn't really show interest in being a staff member. So for about 1-2 years I constantly played different servers being Factions, Op Factions, Prison, Hcf, etc. Then after that I started getting curious as to how it would be. So about 2 years ago I started applying for staff positions on different servers. Most were small being 15 players and below a day. Then about a year ago I started applying for higher playerbase servers. One being TMN, I played on TMN starting at Helper, then Trial-Mod and finally Mod. I lost interest in Minecraft for a bit and left in 2015 to play CS:GO. About 8 months ago I got bored of CS:GO and started playing Minecraft again. I went back to TMN and the players were very slim. I came back at the time when the server was at the point of shutting down. I had to do something to help so I donated some money to help fund the server running. That was 6 months ago. I then applied for staff and the Owner accepted. At the time there was 50+ players online and no staff online but him. He needed help so I got on Minechat and helped. But I was about to get on a plane to go on vacation. I dedicated all my time on vacation to help TMN with the number of players we were getting. No other staff were coming on and Rocky thanked me for helping out A LOT. When I got home about 2 weeks later I was promoted to Mod. After 2 months I was promoted to Head-Mod. Now the total time was about 3 and 1/2 months on the server as a Head-Mod. I played from then for about another 3 months which is now. I was promoted to Admin 2 weeks ago on TMN and have been very proud ever since. Now I have been on TMN for about 7 months and counting. I plan to stay at TMN for a while. However I am trying to work both on TMN and another server.

Are you aware that if you are staff on factions you are not permitted to play on the factions server?: Yes, I believe players should play and staff should help and moderate, not focus time on raiding, pvping, base work, etc.

Why do you want to become a Moderator (MUST BE DETAILED): I would like to become a Moderator because I like overall helping players. The feeling that you helped someone gives a sense of accomplishment. With all my years as a active staff member on many servers large and small I have gained knowledge to help pass it on to other servers. I always respect staff, players, etc. I know this is something that no one says but I believe disrespecting players with mean jokes, abusive actions, etc just shouldn't ever happen. Lots of staff on YouTube have done this for entertaining purposes, and overall joy but I believe it shouldn't happen. Staff disrespect is a big no no as they're your fellow companions who should be treated fairly. I would also like to become a Moderator because I think I can help moderate the server's chat, help players in need, and listen. I won't falsely ban a possible suspect of cheating without proof such as another staff member witnessing the ban, screenshots, etc. Although I can't record which I am looking into trying, I still can provide enough evidence to ban a cheater. I will always be helpful and if a staff member needs me to do something such as post an announcement on forums, I will gladly do. Or if a staff member needs help with something, I will always be glad to help. I won't lie, I may joke around at times for fun but never to hurt anyone. I don't take the power in commands as a sense of having control over players, more as a way to help players. I will NEVER ABUSE, I hate staff who abuse and can't stand to watch. In the case of an emergency for example, the server has been taken over by griefers (Which has happened on TMN), I will not freak out and not know what to do. I will contact the appropriate staff members to help and do my all to ban the griefers or get them to stop. I can always identify hackers and have the knowledge for doing so.

What do you think you can bring to the mod team: I think I can bring my ideas to help the server grow, by making things for players that will make them want to play. Also I have a knowledge of how to gain players from TMN and am willing to pass it on to MineLegionEU. I can build decently but not your professional builder. Such as small kitpvp maps, warps, etc. I will bring all the knowledge I have to MineLegionEU and bring my best attitude towards helping the server improve, grow, and be the best out there. I can also provide dedication and hard work that will also overall improve the server.
