You, sir are the 7 year old (mind).
Some people here may have not hit puberty yet. You cannot just judge by their voice and automatically assume their age. 13 year old boys actually don't sound like 16 year old males. I know a few 14 year olds who sound like 10!
13 years old is generally when people hit puberty, sooner or later than that age.
Also, if you interview someone then you don't troll, but you act professional as if you take this whole business seriously. You don't go interview an upcoming employee and troll them seeing if they are capable of working at let's say, "McDonald's".
You troll, no one takes you seriously. You are professional, people take you seriously and shows that this server will succeed since their owner has the right attitude and mindset.
Therefore, even though I never worked with you, I will agree with Mrjako's devouch.
If you weren't judging someone by voice/age and acted professional, meaning by not trolling then I would've disagreed with the devouch and took your side.

Any past minecraft administration: I have a lot of moderating and administrating experience on both small and large communities. I was accepted as staff to mute players when they were out of line and ban users when they where past the point of correcting their poor decisions. . But besides punishing, I was there to help others when they needed help, and solve problems that needed to be solved. Whenever there was a problem I solved it the right way, and on the right away. And the same goes for helping out users that had questions.
Any other game past administration: I was admin on a csgo surfing server once but that was it.
Are you aware that if you are staff on factions you are not permitted to play on the factions server?: Yes.
Why do you want to become a Moderator (MUST BE DETAILED): That's a tricky question. But Overall, I think I have the urge to be a staff member is because I want to be more connected to the community. Don't get me wrong, I want to clear the community of all the hackers and hooligans that make the chat disgusting, but being more attached to the player base sounds magnificent. Although that may or may not sound bad, I'm wanting to be staff for every aspect of it. Being responsible to rid all the hackers and mute all of the toxic players ( or whatever they did) sounds like something I've been missing ever since leaving my last staff position on another server.
What do you think you can bring to the mod team: I am very mature and I can handle situations the right way. I know how to stop arguments and fights with both people being friends after it is all over. I am usually always recording so if anything happens, I'll catch it on camera.

Other past/current minecraft servers: DuskPvp, I was promoted to Moderator in map 2 which then the server shut down.
Any past minecraft administration: I have owned a few servers which have had a good playerbase like when I was 11 I owned a server called PublicCraft which was a server where me and a few friends would mess around with plugins and have fun.
Any other game past administration: I was obsessed with HaydzCraft, I played it for about a month and decided to donate 100$ for the 2nd highest rank. I have applied to around 2 or 3 small HCF servers but shutdown and lost contact with the people who owned it.

I wan't every player to join and enjoy the server not get phased in to and not make them wait 30+ minutes in ts for help. As a HCF server not getting help when It needs it. I wanna make every single player who joins this community happy and leave good feedback on the server. You should also choose me as I can help in many ways. I am very sophisticated and I can help players with problems in-game. I understand the staff rules and responsibilities, and I know how they work and I know what I am supposed to do and I am not abusive.I believe that I can benefit the server by sharing my exotic and exciting new ideas, following the rules, and setting a good example for the server. As I have previously stated, I understand/know the basics of screen sharing, meaning I can help make it so that the server is a great community without ANY hackers. I believe that I am generally an extremely mature player. I am an rare individual and would love to help improve the server by suggesting new ideas, banning players that do not take after the standards.
What do you think you can bring to the mod team: I feel I can bring a mature young 13 year old who can help benefit the server by banning hackers and muting people(with reason). I can bring ideas for developers and also exclusive features which can be used. I can use all staff utilities in a sensible way to make sure the job is done. I know all types of commands going from essentials to hcf cores. Here is a list of my knowledge:

/tp or /tpo - teleport to a player.
/f thaw - stop the timer until regen.
/f dtr - set a factions dtr.
and more!
Also I am willing to contribute little amounts of money IF NEEDED and i'd like to record a staff series as well.
