Introduction ➤ CyroMC is currently hiring new staff members for our team, we are looking for strong individuals to assist players that are seeking help. This will Not be a paid job as we don't think staff members should be paid for volunteering.

What we look for ➤ We base people off of there past experience, personality and, strengths. Being very mature with a non-toxic background and a decent amount of staff experience will probably get you a position on our team. Being very immature with a very toxic background and a lot of past staff experience will probably get your rejected.

Ok, so I'm reading what you've put and here are some of the issues:
+ There is no description of the server telling people the gametype(s), fundamentals, aims, etc.
+ There is no definitive explanation on how to apply for a role.
+ Roles are not listed so we don't even know what roles we are applying for.
+ The entire thread is quite vague.

Apart from that its great! Just give a more in depth run through of what people are applying for.

There are many reasons we don't go more in depth about the server, users can steal these ideas and make it into there own server.

Devouch for Dyedye. He ddos'ed his own staff members while he was manager on another server and also threatened to hit off the competitors.

There are many reasons we don't go more in depth about the server, users can steal these ideas and make it into there own server.

That kind of mindset wont get you the staff members you need and want. If you do not want to talk in-depth here please at least send me a brief description of your server so I know at least the basics.

Devouch I just resigned from my owner role on CyroMC. Dyedye is making empty promises and more promises than he can keep. He has promised returned investments of 60% of their buycraft donations, and then 5% of buycraft donations to loads of youtubers.
He expects his server to run on around 10% of buycraft donations. He also was planning to scumbag another server in a merge. He wanted them to join as a network, and then profit off them. Later on dip with the money and finish our server. At that point I resigned. He banned me from the discord aswell for trying to expose him. Real mature.
