About the server

ValiantFactions is an upcoming RPG Factions server, in pre-beta, aimed to launch in June/July. The unique selling point of this server is not that it is "RPG", but that it will offer an experience different to your generic factions, such that there will be custom weapons and blocks with their own textures, as well as mobs such as Orcs! There won't be hundreds of custom enchantments, that's just not for some people - someone has to cater to those people.

I am looking for people who have experience in moderation positions, on Minecraft servers, that would be able to help me keep the peace in my server once it has launched. Those who progress in the staff hierarchy will be rewarded in the form of donation shares, relative to their role. Staff will not be paid until they progress to an administrative position, regarded as being Junior/Senior Admin, Manager and Community Manager.

Experience isn't everything. I am looking for responsible, respectful and honest people - there is an abundance of that in the Minecraft community, and I think I've found it.
