Devouch agreed upon terms paid in full no reply in weeks end up doing almost all my self request half refund since they didn't put in any work an seemed not to care after arguing with me about how a half refund was way to much he finally agrees to refund then never does an deletes support ticket.
You say we never did work yet you never gave us the setup to modify thats not our fault. You also never gave a deadline so we waited for you to provide the setup and didn't rush you. You agreed to the TOS which states that you must pay in full if you have under a year on mcm that same tos states that you're not allowed a refund unless deemed valid by us. Your lack of communication isn't a reason for us to refund you as we were and still are willing to do what you requested. Thanks for your comment though.
I gave you everything that needed to get started from the start an you agreed hence why I paid you. I asked if you could get it done in about two weeks you also said yes. My lack of communication? Haha no that was on you if you needed more stuff to help push forward you should have asked but no you said o we have a higher priority we are working on an said pretty much screw me. An talking about refund in the end you agreed upon fifty percent refund then once again ghosted me an deleted the ticket so there wouldn't be evidence.
