I have been practicing my skills currently at a technical college for Web Development. I'm going to make this very short & sweet with the explanation of offering free web design work depending on the request.

Skills:
HTML, CSS, & JS.

Practicing:
RWD & JS

Note:
I'm very busy with my work, technical college, and high school so please come to an understanding that I'm offering free work on MY free time.

Disclaimer:
I'm working purely for no $$$ so don't expect all my time & effort. I don't mean this in a rude manner because I'm particularly using this thread for practice. I will try to meet your request to the best of my ability, though!

I don't know how you misinterpreted that so badly. I'm just stating that I'm busy and I'll be able to do specific peoples work because I'm positive I'll get a lot of requests since my service is free? I'm hope this clears up your confusion.

Insight of my schedule:
30+ hours a week as cashier
30 hours of schooling {currently typing this response in class)

^^^ When I read this, can't speak for other people, I read "Now since I'm offering this for free, It'll be shit, pay for HQ."

I encourage you to provide HQ no matter free or paid, gain reputation/vouches for it.

That's Reasonable.
I feel this is appropriate for some practical work for just practicing in-general. I have some portfolio work with more real-world websites so to be completely honest - reputation on here is not very favorable for myself. I just want some small projects to practice more on for fun! Thanks man.

I'm attending a technical college for Web Development and PHP is later in the course. As for self-teaching I'm currently learning or expanding my knowledge on JS. As for my class we are just working on a certification for CSS3.

To answer your question, no. I have not yet dived into much of PHP. I'm looking forward to it, though!
