That particular logo was designed as part of a community competition, not a commission, to design a logo for an imaginary esports team, the designs are similar due to the nature and that our designers are avid cs:go players and may have drawn inspiration from them. It was suggested for us to make one similar to the logo you presented.

I have given you the answer, was it our best work, no, by no means, but we put it in our portfolio as a way to showcase the style of our designer and their capability, not as a way of showing their particular unique design choices, if you want to see that feel free to take a look at any of the others.

One is a squid, one is an octopus. For all we know, our logo could have been created before the one you brought up was. Even if this was the case, we would have no issue with this, considering if a Minecraft server owner asks you for "an octopus or squid" logo for a PVP network, there will be some slight resemblances to something already out there. Thanks you for expressing your concern in our art, we always love talking to the community and fans of our work!
