I think you're upset there's another vector logo creator selling their services on MCM, whom quite frankly seems to be better than you. I'd stop taking shots in the dark if I were you.
I'm not saying you copied whatsoever, I'm just pointing out similarities does occur when google has billions of logos out there, and Podcrash's reply to your post makes sense. If you're asked to make an octopus-like logo for a pvp server, what can you do? You do what satisfies your client, and I'd say customer satisfaction is the most important thing in this kind of business. Your work is amazing too! I love both their and your styles of logos much better than hand-drawn stuff.
