I have been using MCM for a while now but i have not offered much for the public. However i am now offering a developer service for people that need it! The prices are very cheap for what times i am offering.
The cost will be:
$10 for 1-2 hours of coding per week (per month)
$20 for 3 hours a week (per month)
$40 for all the time you need for your server set up! (per month)
