Hey! I am looking for a professional builder to design a new spawn and lobby for me, the spawn should have a pvp arena as another zone as we're planning to add a command that will teleport players instantly to the pvp arena when they run the command, and then they should be able to do /spawn to go back, this being in the same world of course. So I am looking for a builder that not only can design a build but can also create good worldguard regions to prevent players from glitching around. I need space for 16 npcs, and 3 crates keys and expandable for 5. Along with an area for a spawn ender chests, I am interested in house theme so like hobbit or summer themed. The lobby should be like pretty wide maybe for 10-20 players peak in it, 2-5 players average in there. Along with the spawn being around 20 players peak too. I want two different themes for this spawn because I have a survival and a hardcore server.
I DONT WANT ADVERTISEMENTS TO YOUR FREELANCER DISCORDS LIKE SENIOR TEAM AND ORBITAL. As freelancers usually do the most terrible jobs at fullfillment while normal experienced artists or builders have way cheaper work with better quality and inspiration. Please give me recommendations for people or just ideas of good builders or building teams.
