I was very skeptical at first of this service but truly they blew me away, I had a very special order and although we were giving up they didn't stop, eventually, we got the help we needed. I don't think I've ever seen better support and patients as this service!

Very professional service team, would not recommend any other service team provider. If you are looking for a graphic designer, look no further. They will send you sketches of what they can make for you before you have to pay even a cent (unlike other service teams who just want to be paid for their time) this service team cares about the outcome and their clients. 10/10 - Medi
I cannot recommend Candor Services. Indeed, I ordered a server logo to one of their freelancer and the project was to make it look like Hypixel's logo. I was supposed to pay $60 for it (I only paid the half before receiving the first preview). After 3-4 days, the freelancer contacted me and sent me this:
For the price, I expected a hand-drawed illustration or at least something that is not a font picked on Google with a color mix and 2 Photoshop effects, I can do this all by myself. There is also an error in the text, this is Questcraft and not "Queastcraft". I precise that the price was fixed by the illustrator that said "It will be $65 if you want something high quality", how is that high quality?
As I knew I couldn't get anything decent out of the freelancer after he sent me other previews that were basically looking the same, I decided to leave the Discord and message a manager of Candor Service about the situation. Then, the owner messaged me, saying this is not a work of 5 minutes and this is worth the price:
For this part, I precise that the price was fixed BY THE FREELANCER AND NOT ME, I asked for something that looks like Hypixel logo without a fixed price, so apparently it's my fault if what I got is looking terribly bad.
xRootedChrome still refuses to refund me.

You had told our team to keep the money and to just move on with it, you refused to allow us make changes to the logo and you left our discord. You only had a budget of $60 to spend, which if you were wanting a "Hypixel" Similarity that would cost you almost double your price for that.
If you feel we were in the wrong, you can make a MC-Market Report on us and we can handle that situation there instead of making false reports on here.

1. You're lying, I've never said I had a budget of $60, the price was fixed by the freelancer.
2. We both know a MC-Market scam report would be useless as you probably have a strict no refund policy. By writing this post, I am just showing how unprofessional your business was in my situation to other people here.
3. This is not a "false report", again this is just showing you're ok with the fact that someone gave you $30 for nothing. Any respectable member here would have refunded the money.
4. The freelancer had done 2 other modifications, the logo was still the same, that's why I left.
