Devs are VERY cheap at this site. Then again, you need to offer a reasonable pay.
Let's suppose you were going to find a real-life job. if someone would have paid you $10 - $20/week to dedicate let's say 4 hours a day, how would you feel?
Think about it as a developer, we dedicate 4+ hours every day, and I mean every day, we don't have Saturdays and Sundays, we work every day.
So 4 hours a day * 7 days a week is 28 hours a week.
Even if you pay $20/week its something around $0.8/hour.
You need to raise your budget to at least $10/hour (this is still below minimum wage in some places), so you are talking about at least $300/week if you get a REALLY cheap one.
I myself will take more as a developer but this is because I know my value and I know that the people that will agree to hire me will be the best people and I will provide the best product I can.
Just note to yourself, developers at real workplaces work for at least $30 - $40/hour so this is still VERY cheap.
