And one more thing (not in thread): I do not make server video ads or anything of the sort, just build showcases.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Too overpriced...

Honestly, I was comparing my prices to the ones of the big names in cinematics such as Enderworkbench and TheKwa, and for what I am offering in terms of quality, I would say the prices are pretty good. ^.^

I would very much like to lower them, but I have to pay for University and Adobe so, those are a bit expansive. =/

To be honest, all that you need is a half decent computer, minecraft and a camera mod, then you can do this yourself...

Yes, but I like to edit the video and add cool effects. But yes, anyone can do it themselves.

What's wrong with using a template?
It's saturated.

I liked the template. ^-^
But I made some edits of myself too, so it is not exactly the same one.

No, not a single bit. If you had any idea how much effort it takes to get a video done you wouldn't even have posted.

Guess what you could also go out on a field and milk a cow but I bet you still go to the store and buy them in a box... I've barely ever read such a pretentious comment... He is offering a service which is that he spends his time and his knowledge of something for people who either don't have the knowledge, don't want to do it themselves, don't have the capabilities or don't have the equipment to do it. Its called the free market principle.

Update:

+ Updated prices a bit. ^-^
+ Fixed some typos.

Hi Cthulhu, I've actually got some creative suggestions for you if you really want to get into the field of doing cinematics, I myself have been doing them for years and was very successful. So here's my remarks:
  • The quality of your videos is good
  • Keep recording cinematics on localhost with minema, its results in very smooth images
  • You have to split cinematics into more than 1 scene unless you're incredibly creative with time / angle manipulations
  • Keep people entertained by showing a scene only for as long as you need to
  • No repetitive shots of the same thing
  • Chose elegant music or something that fits the theme
  • Play around with day/night cycles
  • Keep cinematics short, people's attention span these days are not more than 3 minutes for a cinematic
  • Find out what takes longest to produce a cinematic and then sell those features as additional value
I hope you're going to have fun doing this :)
