Depends on where to deploy, but usually it's the NFT that you deploy and the contracts.
Costs are not less than $500 incase as from my experience I have never deployed one myself but it's usually what I hear from people who did.

Getting a dedicated server from Hetzner or OVH, can run you from $40-$300, a month, depending on location, and hardware.

A minting frontend can easily be deployed on Vercel and Netlify for free, or even on Vultr for like $10/m. A dedi would be overkill.
