There appear to be no active Mod Devs here. After 7 hours of a ticket being open, not a single one had responded— not even to say they weren't interested or were busy. The Discord owner said everyone's a freelancer, which isn't much of a 'team' to me.
I am sorry for this inconvenience. Since these are freelancers, it is 100% their choice in which commissions they want to do/interact with. Freelancers may not interact with a commission based on several factors like they are busy with other commissions, they don't have available time for your commission, etc.
We are always actively looking to recruit more freelancers especially in this field, but mod development is a bit of a small niche so of course there are less people available in this area compared to like plugin development or web department.
Maybe consider recruiting actual developers and making an actual team, where projects can be assigned to the team members.
