If you are a minecraft server owner and want to work with great devs, you need to talk to Rollerite. I recently completed a project with my assigned dev, x32pc, and the experience was excellent. The plugin developer was brilliant. They knew java, they knew sql, they knew APIs, and most importantly, they knew minecraft and how things should work in the game. Communication was great even during the complicated testing phases of the project (where things can sometimes get challenging). Rollerite people are pros, period.

Freelancer never completed the commission. They wanted to be paid for an incomplete project. They also took several shortcuts to save time yet affected the quality of the client's site. They repeatedly refused to fix bugs if their own code. I'd stay away from using them as a freelancer.
