⭐Staff Administrator / Manager⭐

Hello! I am offering my services as an administrator or staff manager. I do not have too much experience, so I am looking to build it up. I am also fluent in both english and russian. I enjoy joking around, but I can get the job done. I am pretty patient and as the second owner of Lightning PvP describes me "A nice dude".

Experience managing/administrating:
- Pixelors [Administrator] (Old factions server that kept changing their name a lot, then changed to pixelmon. They had over 10000 users registered to their website. The faction server went well as the staff were well trained. Playing on the server, I think I may have only encountered 2 cheaters that were quickly punished.)
- Exotic Network [Administrator] (A small minigame server with 5-30 players on most of the time. I left the network as it didn't have the funds to keep going and added new gamemodes that weren't setup properly. However, there were some staff members and I don't believe I encountered a cheater when the server had less than 30 players)
- Lightning PvP [Administrator, then Manager, then Owner] (A small kit pvp server that was not made for profit, but rather for fun. They did not have a buycraft, but still got donations. They had 3 - 7 players on during the daytime in the US)
- 200 member discord [Manager] (Not a lot of members, but I managed to keep the discord active for several months as the owner is extremely inactive)
- Know how to SS and do staff trainings (I have done these in the past, so I am able to equip your staff with highly trained members)

I did not get paid for any of this. I do not care if you pay me or not. I will not be available all the time as I am currently learning Java. If you are interested or want more information, please reply to the thread or PM me (preferably on site). Thanks!

Any proof of being staff on those servers and their player counts? Plus can you state what you exactly benefited those named servers above? Some short text about you as a person, the way you act and treat people etc would be nice. Naming payments when you have no rep isn't a good thing as I'd advise working fully free until you've got a name of yourself on here though good luck though.
