Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting new staff and media to help promote our project and ensure we attract the right talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies. A proactive approach, along with the ability to guide and motivate a team, is essential for this role.
Developers:We are seeking experienced Java/Kotlin developers who thrive in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Java programming and be comfortable working with GitHub for version control. As a developer on our team, you will help us bring our aquatic world to life by writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features. Teamwork is key, so the ability to work effectively within a group is a must.
Builders:Our build team is seeking creative, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for designing immersive and aesthetically captivating worlds. You will play a key role in crafting environments that align with our aquatic theme, ensuring that each design element complements our overall vision. Whether you specialize in large-scale builds, intricate details, or environmental design, we welcome builders with diverse skill sets who are committed to creating high-quality content.
Helpers:We are also seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Helpers. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain experience and grow within the team. Helpers will assist with various tasks and responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the project. For dedicated individuals who show promise, there are potential growth opportunities to advance to Moderator or higher-level positions in the future.
Requirements for All Applicants:
- All applicants must be 16 years or older.
- A strong commitment to professionalism, quality, and collaboration.
- A functioning microphone and the ability to communicate via voice calls.
- A passion for contributing to an innovative, team-oriented environment.
- For developers and builders, a portfolio of previous work is encouraged.
- For Managers, proven leadership experience or relevant project management skills is a plus.
- Moderators and higher roles must be willing to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), as you will be privy to sensitive project details and need to maintain confidentiality.
