FloraSMP is looking for a mature, experienced Staff Manager to help build and lead our staff team as we grow closer to launch.
We’re looking for someone who can be involved long-term and help shape the direction of the server. Compensation will be considered based off of experience and involvement.
Responsibilities:
Working with the founder to build and manage a reliable staff team
Recruiting and organizing staff roles
Helping find and coordinate with marketing managers
Creating structure, expectations, and accountability within staff
Being actively involved in the community and server growth
Requirements
Prior experience managing or leading a Minecraft server staff team
Strong communication and leadership skills
Mature mindset and ability to handle situations professionally
Experience with staff recruitment and organization
Interest in being part of a long-term project
About FloraSMP We are a fresh, relaxed SMP that stands out against the flooded CPvP, shop survival servers. We aim to contrast the high-stress and P2W environments with a low-key community focused server that emphasizes player involvement.
