Unfortunately, this is a typical Discord 'services' style group. The 10 people who responded to a ticket I made were people— I would bet $1,000 they were bots —who immediately marked themselves as busy, with 1 person marking themself as 'not interested' (no reason) and 1 person marking themself as 'no budget posted'.
One person wasted my time by asking a lot of questions, then deciding it's not a Mod they want to use, so they don't want to make it for me and the group I'm trying to get this mod updated this for.
That certainly makes sense.
Not to mention, their 'create a ticket' (order) function in the Discord didn't work for me and hand to be hand-created by someone.
