I have a domain. But when i type it into the server ip box. And try to verify it, it says it cant connect to that ip.

If you are using below 1.8, use the old protocol when adding. Also make sure you set the domain up right.[DOUBLEPOST=1443704772,1443704659][/DOUBLEPOST]The website is back up. We have fixed the issues.
