UNIQUE PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR BUILDERS
Hello everyone, I am a professional builder with over 4 years of experience. I have about 20 builds (spawns, dungeons, Pokémon gyms etc...), which have never sold, that I would like to use to create a serious project with someone, hoping to then expand by making new ones.
Attached below there are SOME of the builds mentioned.
Who am I looking for?A professional partner who has time, willingness and resources to invest in this project.
Specifically, I am looking for someone who can take care of the practical part (at least for now): fixing existing builds and improving them. Due to university, right now I cannot actively engage in building, so I need someone who can take over this part (at least for now).
Of course, any of your builds can also be used in this project too!
What do I offer besides my builds?I will oversee the day-to-day operations, organization and management aspect of the project, but I am open to redistributing roles based on expertise.
I have already invested over €300 in branding, created a Discord server with well-defined guidelines, and obtained professional advice for the project TOS.
Any expenses and earnings will be divided according to a joint agreement, formalized with a clear contract to protect both parties.
Branding expenses are already covered by me.
What if you are an established studios?I am open to considering different offers. I would be interested in the exclusive sale of builds, but if you have other interesting proposals, I am open to discussing them.

Disclaimer: Not all the builds available to me start with the same quality because some are much newer and better looking, some are in need of some better details, and some are very old that should be redone properly.
