I'm a server developer on a freelancing website, and i've been doing this for over two years already.
Currently, i'm overbooked due to my insane demand from new costumers.
I do charge premium for all my services, and all my server builds are custom for each costumer.
I'm looking for building a team of people to work with me to get my projects to another level, and get my deliveries done quicker, and for that i've a few REQUIREMENTS:
I'm willing to pay a percentage of my earnings per delivery made, since I work as a freelancer, and I only receive after my costumers accept my delivery on the platform.
Based on my last 12 months, i'm expecting such a partner to receive from $200 to $500 on the first few months, with the opportunity to earn more as we can deliver more projects every month by working as a team. I'm expecting to grant at least 3 to 5 projects every month.

PS: if you're a plugin developer, builder or make premade setups, i'm also interested in a partnership since many of my costumers purchase licenses of plugins, maps and configs here and on other forums i recommend.

- Proven Experience with server configs, plugins and development.
- You must be over 16yo and have your own bank account to receive payments internationally.
- A portfolio to show-me some of your past work coding plugins, configs, premade setups OR/AND builds.
- Being professional and on time with the deliveries.
- Be open to receive procedures, and review your work based on costumer feedback.
- Be willing to be paid after the job is finished, and the costumer accepted the delivery. (I only get paid once the costumer is happy and accepts my delivery on the platform, so you'll also be paid after that)
