This is more than a staff position — it is an opportunity to become part of the team responsible for building, managing, and improving the player experience.
All positions are volunteer-based (unpaid). Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Available Positions
Helper — The foundation of our staff team- Assist players with questions, issues, and general server guidance
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment for new and existing players
- Monitor chat and report rule violations to higher staff members
- Provide support during events and server activities
Moderator — Maintaining fairness and order- Enforce MineStrike rules professionally and consistently
- Handle player reports, investigations, and punishments
- Assist with maintaining a safe and enjoyable community
- Work with senior staff to resolve player-related issues
Administrator — Server operations and leadership- Manage escalated player and staff-related issues
- Support and mentor lower-level staff members
- Help maintain staff standards and procedures
- Assist with server management and operational decisions
Manager — Leadership and strategic development- Oversee staff departments and team organization
- Coordinate projects, updates, and community initiatives
- Develop strategies to improve player retention and server growth
- Help guide MineStrike toward its long-term vision
Developer (Configuration) — Technical systems and setup- Configure and maintain server plugins and systems
- Manage permissions, ranks, menus, gameplay features, and server settings
- Work with plugins such as LuckPerms, EssentialsX, menus, and protection systems
- Configuration experience is required — programming knowledge is not necessary
Builder — Creating the world of MineStrike- Design and create high-quality builds for spawns, maps, and server environments
- Follow build concepts, themes, and project requirements
- Collaborate with management and development teams
- Maintain consistent quality and style across all builds
- A portfolio or examples of previous work are highly recommended
Staff Requirements- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Professional, mature, and respectful attitude
- Reliable activity and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Previous staff, configuration, development, or building experience is preferred
