Payment Terms & Policy — Kanji Setup By ordering any services from Kanji Setup, you agree to the following terms:- Payment Terms Payment Method: All payments are processed via Zelle. Prepayment Required: A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is paid after the completed setup is presented and approved. Small Orders: Orders totaling $15 or less must be paid 100% upfront.
- Refund Policy No Refunds: Once the server files or ownership have been transferred, all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations: If you cancel the order after work has started, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover labor and time spent.
- Completion Timeframe & Delivery Estimated Time: Server creation typically takes between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order, custom features, and current workload. Updates: Regular updates and progress previews will be provided as work moves forward. Rush Orders: If you need the server completed faster than the standard timeframe, please specify this before placing the order (additional rush fees may apply).
