1.10 Factions server setup with 3 Ranks, permissions, kits, shop, + more!

I messed around with my own server a little while ago, and I just decided to give out this decent start, to help you with your factions server!
Some of the plugins

They are all configured but you can change stuff like names, and you'll have to setup votifier and buycraft on your own.

Just click "Skip ad" in top right corner
Please reply saying it worked or if you need help let me know!
(Just to be clear, no map or anything just configured plugins)
If it asks for a password it is "14321" BUT there shouldn't be one!

Did you download directly from mediafire? Also do you use winwar or a similar program?
