Hello! Today I’m selling one of our biggest projects so far. Since late 2016 we have been working on a fully custom Minecraft PVP network called Cubeverse. Our beta phase in 2019 was successful and we finally got to a release on 1st of July 2020.
The launch itself was successful even though we only advertised inside a closed group. We peaked at 40 players and received a fair amount of donations in the first two days.
We are planning to sell the network to a highly motivated group which will take it to its new heights, because we’ve spent thousands of hours over the years and the project’s success truly means a lot to us. The network has a massive potential and we’d administrate it on our own, but we’ve been quite busy for the past few months and we don’t find as much joy in server administration as we do in developing itself.
Cubeverse – the (almost) fully custom programmed Minecraft PVP network, created by only 4 Minecraft enthusiasts. Featuring four custom game modes and minigames for you to enjoy on a high performance and optimized network.
Read more about the network & game modes on our website: https://cubeverse.net/ or watch the trailer.
What’s included?
Hub features a professional highly-detailed map packed with tons of secrets for players to explore. It has four parkours ranked from easy to hard and three areas accessible only to donators. In hub players can open their profile, hide/show other players, connect to other servers or simply talk to other players & play around with cosmetics. CVhub contains a lot of different cosmetics including particles, trails, wardrobe, heads, emotes, gadgets and effects.
Our version of KitPVP features kits with special weapons and abilities. Players then fight to earn more coins in order to unlock new kits. Kitwars currently supports 20 kits (9 unlocked by default and 11 purchasable ones). Developers can easily add new kits and abilities with the least coding knowledge possible.
Practice features duels with classic fan-favourite PVP kits. Play unranked and practice/play for fun or join ranked and fight your way to the top of the leaderboard by winning duels. There are multiple different arenas running at the same time offering players a more unique experience every time they play. In ranked players are given or taken ELO points depending on how they performed during the match as well as are matched with similarly skilled opponents using our top-notch player matching algorithm. The scores are synced with the database and displayed on the website as well as on the in-game leaderboard.
Jump in the arena with diamond gear and gather diamonds or diamond blocks by eliminating enemies that can be deposited on spawn and converted into coins that can be used across the network or to upgrade gear and get even easier eliminations! MassivePVP also features special events that occur from time to time like: Diamond shower, TNT rain, frenzy, keep inventory & buffed up that change the gameplay for a little while, if there are enough players online at the same time.
A battle in the sky! Start with basic gear and search for better items scavenged across the map. The exact item locations are shown on the large map on spawn making players even more engaged. Players get healed and rewarded with coins that can be used to upgrade their gear when they eliminate other players.
This was only a brief summary of the Cubeverse project. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact me via Discord or PMs. I’m also prepared to tour any potential buyers through the network & website.

Cubeverse website (https://cubeverse.net) is responsive, modern and minimalistic. It serves as a quick introduction to the network and each gamemode. It features a lot of different modules (status, online players, top voters etc.), help (wiki), staff page, per gamemode leaderboards & player profiles.
User profiles/web accounts (eg. https://cubeverse.net/profile?username=NickDEV)
CVweb (MC plugin) allows users to register on the website in-game and login into their dashboard. Each user gets their own profile which displays their username, rank & how long they’ve been a member. Users can change their description and link their social medias like email, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and more. Under stats pane they can see their personal statistics for each gamemode separately.
Top vote page (https://cubeverse.net/vote)
Top vote page displays the top voters of the current month. The data is fetched from the database which is modified by nuVotifier every time a user votes. Top votes can be reset by using an in-game minecraft command.
Help (eg. https://cubeverse.net/wiki/rules)
Wiki allows users to get familiar with the network and its rules, learn about web accounts, discord verification, player & bug reporting and more. Developers can also easily add new wiki pages or edit the current ones.
Staff page (https://cubeverse.net/staff)
Staff page displays all the current staff users and is automatically synced with in-game user ranks (managed by LuckPerms).
Leaderboards (eg. https://cubeverse.net/leaderboard/kitwars)
Each gamemode has a separate leaderboard which displays (up to 150) users with the most eliminations, deaths, highest killstreak & highest KDR.
Report dashboard (https://cubeverse.net/reports)
Users can report players & bugs using the website’s report dashboard providing the necessary information. Once the report is submitted it appears under “Staff dashboard” where staff members can either approve or deny the report.
Technical aspect
Website is built with PHP (composer), HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It uses Twig template engine which allows easy site editing using templates. It is backed by a MySQL database which stores all the player settings, statistics, vote data & more.

The network is truly one of a kind and everything from plugins to website is custom. All the of code is using modern coding standards and concepts, is object-oriented, flexible and easy to maintain.
Due to the project’s size and complexity I’m willing to explain the whole project structure and how everything works to your developers & offer passive support. I can also stay on the team or offer active support for an agreed hourly rate of both parties.
