Hello, everyone. My name is S00K and I helped boot up one of the original prison servers called HostileMC/LockedInPrison many years ago. I've had the urge to boot up another prison server and I am looking to make it the best experience I can offer. I am working with a long time friend/developer to create custom plugins to make the experience unique. As of now, we are having the theme be "multi-planet/space" with different planet gravity, etc.

In order to be eligible for the $10 reward, please answer the following: What is your unique plugins, map or progression ideas?

IE: "It would be cool to see grappling hooks in the low gravity planet/mines."

The more unique/fun the suggestions, the higher the chance of winning.

It would be interesting if a prison server could have different variations of the mines. For example there would be a overworld mine that had an average amount of loot for each tier and natural events that happen (1 minute of pvp every 10-15 minutes, for example). Then there’s light mine with less loot and no events. Then there’s dark mine with higher loot spawning chance but with pvp enabled, and more events. It think it would be a cool idea to have a prison that changes or a prison with variants of worlds so that players of all difficulties could enjoy their prison playthroughs.

This is my perspective,

My Idea of Prison Server would be an OP One, Yes with the common A-Z Rank in the first ladder of the ranks and then we would have some special prestige that would consist of special mines and special perks. For example we'll call it Prestige 1 in Prestige 1 we would have different blocks and mine size compared to the A-Z, there would be perks that would be buyable through in-game money but in a high price or through donation, perks would be such as Flight, Overflow, Backpacks etc. Also, PvP Mine would be a main frame of event in the mine especially when the mine has a lot of loots, but there would be time also where the loots are not that good so not the risk. Either way, also special suffix so that players would enjoy to get some special suffix in-game with a special kit with it, although I would price it with some requirements it would be also in game. Having, affordable donor ranks would good thing since they would enjoy more and play more with their perks as a Donor.

Then, we'll have some reset, updates, new maps for events, also a drop party would be a good thing in every 100 vote the player would do for the server. Random things would be in a drop party such as kits, op-enchantment pickaxes etc.

Also crates that would be achievable to get in-game through quests, in my perspective having quest would help players make the game more exciting like for example they'll have this target blocks to get and they'll be rewarded with some money and items that would help them.

Ofcourse, Enchantments would play an essential part here, for the kits, tools, etc.

Plots, would be nice to have and showcase their builds.

Also, a Lottery or a Casino would be a good thing to add.

In the mines you must ware iron armor (astronaut suit) or you will get gravity (levitation potion)

Make challenges related to space like you must take a rocket to a planet then you must kill zombies

Or a space themed custom enchants plugin like

Air Walk (you can fly)
Rocketship (Jumpboost)
Alien (You turn into a zombie while blocking your sword 5 minute cooldown and it lasts for 7 seconds)

I like the idea of having pets {like aliens which would be like zombies etc} as like a bodyguard for you in you're cell. Also i think if you added space kind of elements, like low gravity potion which would, some back packs and maybe even black market for like special items you could add that you can only get if you buy like a pass then you can fly to a different island and defeat a alien and it would drop rare items?

I don't know that sounds pretty far fetched but I think it's pretty unique and i would love to see something kind of like this implemented! lol well thats my idea

So when you reach the final tier you can choose to reset and get these points that show up before your name, if you reset and finish a-z over and over again you get +1 points each time. And you can spend those points on cosmetics/earn cosmetics using the points.

RACES.
With this i mean : when player joins MUST choice a race [Catos / Doggos / Squidos / etc ] and when they take one , they get a
cool prefix for that race.
- Every race has its own bonuses [speed / power / jump , i dont know , anything]
- Every X ranks they get [from the prison's ranks (like A - FREE)] they get a new rank/bonus from the race.
- Every race has its own kingdom/castle/dungeons where they can find different things
- Every race has access to some special mine
- Special abilities for the races [Example : Squidos have a X% chance to blind the enemy in Combat | Doggos have X% chance to
make the enemy bleed | etc ]

Donor features : adding races you can even add a "Race changer" item/command so donors can change the race to the one they want.

Great suggestions so far. I was particularly happy to see someone requesting wardens/guards like the old prison days. For future reference, my server will not be overly OP based. There will be elements that will give players quick mining capabilities and short term buffs but nothing that will overun potential guard/player interaction. It will be a balance of old and new with ascetically appealing and immersing plugins.

Alright, my prison suggestion is like an old server shut down. There would be gangs, no unique op enchants. But there would be a thing called Shockwave Pickaxes that you could get from winning Gang Koths (a chance to anyways) each block you mine it destroys a 3x3 radius from the block you mined. They would be the best pickaxe, but there’s a catch. You can also get Shanks from the online store which if used on somebody (right click on their body) would spill their loot and you get it. Always have to have an eye out while mining to make sure you don’t get shanked. There would also be safe zones (green wool) and while your mining you would be in shank zone (red wool). This makes prison a really fun Gamemode to play, let me know what you think

Rewards would be OP Pickaxes or straight up money. allow people to spawn/mine with creepers to explode out mines for resources ;P or something.

Be honest. Were you told I was looking for/saw I was looking for a Mythic Mobs guy in the chat box? Haha I saw your thread as well. Already had this in mind for the server!

I posted this before you posted my reply ;P So no, I am pretty passionate of mob related stuff as it gives players something to fear if the mob is configured right.
