10 FPS in minecraft with GTX 960

Open your task manager and see if anything else is using resources. Click on RAM, take a screenshot. Click on CPU and take a screenshot.

Also, if you don't have plenty of RAM your render and graphics settings might affect performance heavily. A computer has much more components than just a graphics card.

Also, had this always been like this or did it happen all of the sudden? Did you have decent performance before?

I can take screenshots but you dont understand them bcz my language is different

CPU : intel core i7-4790 3.60GHZ
RAM: 8GB
Windows 10 - 64 bit

Youre hardware sounds great. I can run MC at 40 fps just on a tablet. Do other games run at fps like that? if so it might help find if the problem is yours PC or MC related.

Like Verq said, install a program cleaner to get rid of useless programs.

What I said will help you a lot, you can also make a script that when you run the .bat file it clears history etc.

I used AVG pc tuneup. does that count?

I've installed windows 10 almost a year ago

Like BeBosny said, send a screenshot of task manager. So we can see RAM / CPU usage.
