Asked Batou if he add some, told me he built it in one single (but long) stroke, so he didn't manage to take wip pictures. Also, I don't think progress pictures would have been good proofs as I feel it's easy to fake (just cut the build and remove details), it might be a good proof for a terrain thought.
I can vouch for both Skrill and MrBatou. I've seen MrBatou at work once (he was hired to do the structures in a big RPG project where I was one of the terraformers), and he's faster than most builders can get their heads around (I definitely couldn't). He's one of the few builders out there that can rival complete functional teams in terms of work output.
It is designed as a faction spawn, but I guess it could be easily used for any type of spawn. The exits can be closed and it is possible to put a fair amount of portails in the structure. Or it can also be placed on any closed terrain. Of course it is possible for us to change it a bit to adapt the build to the buyer's request. The price will have to be negociated depending on the amount of modifications needed.
When biding curve crosses the depreciation one. In other words, when it gets interesting enough for us in terms of time we've spent trying to sell it.
