135x135 EXCLUSIVE Faction Spawn

Hello,

I am the Owner/Manager off RefractBuilds and I am offering an Exclusive Build.
The build was built by one off our Builders and is mainly for a Faction Spawn. However, can be converted into a 4 Portal Hub if you're needing that instead.

I am looking for around 40$ however the BIN is changeable.

BIN = 40$
Starting BID = 10$
Ending Date for Bidding = 15th.

The Bidding can also be ended when I've found a BID I like.

If you want rights to resell then an extra 10$ will be added on after the bid chosen or highest bid.

Maybe it's just me but I don't think this is worth anything close to $40... Quite low qualtiy, simple, not very pleasing to the eye.

Great team, great builds, just don't agree with the BIN.

It's a bin and is put high simply so the bid doesn't reach it.
I put a BIN simply because I was worried that it would be against the rules if I don't.

Thank you for your worry, a few colleagues like the build, they said it looks better in person.
