150 x 150 FACTION SPAWN!!!

I am currently looking for a 150 x 150 faction spawn.
The theme would need to be medieval and include a big castle in the back of the spawn (south)

the spawn would consist of a newbie spawn (this is a 1 time spawn for first members)
the newbie spawn would need to be in the castle which would need info boards, enchanting area, donation area, and area for a large shop.

I would like detail in the castle and large flags on the castle towers and around the build.
the second (main spawn point) will need to be in the middle of the 150x150 area and leads out to N, E, and W.

Large trees and natural detail would need to be added outside of the castle.

I would like maybe custom clouds, birds, maybe a dragon in the sky above the spawn too.

I have a $65 budget but if it needs to go up a little more I can.

(This build must include 1.7 only blocks.)
