hm, I'd start off with a starting bid of around $40, a bid increase of at least $5 and a BIN (buy it now) of about $80-90. It may be a bit on the high side, but you can always lower it.

I think it may just look small. It's a circular build with a diameter of 150x150 according to the OP.

The total size is 151x151 the actual island has a diameter of about 100-120.
