$2.50 PayPal to configure voting to reward player with a single command

This is such a minor fix but one that I'm struggling with.
Offering $2.50 PayPal to quickly log into my hosting (will provide hosting info) to add vote rewards. I already have voting configured (just one site so far, MinecraftServers.org) and I need someone to make it so that when a player votes, it issues a command:

/cc Give Physical Vote 1 (player name here)

Gives a vote key for the vote chest.
