20k x 20k custom world for Factions!

Hello I am looking for a custom world for my upcoming faction server.
The world must be 20,000 x 20,000 with a 250 flat area at 0,0 for my 100x100 spawn.
This map must have an increased ore rate and have large custom mountains and custom trees.
I wish only for 4 areas in the map.
- Pine forest
- oak forest
- desert
- plains
Also must include 3 flat areas for KOTHS! areas must be 150x150 flat
If these can all have custom features and trees that would be awesome.
My budget is $30 USD for this. I don't believe this is asking for a lot.
I would prefer pictures close to what I am asking for and extra pictures to show me your past builds.

My server is 1.7.10-1.8 so please remember that.

a build team i'm a client of are currently doing a 1000x1000 build for $400usd

A 1000x1000 build is different from a 1000x1000 terrain build (unless it has special requirements; e.g. marketplace or is a voxel build). I also had my own fair share of terra that was a lot for the size but I spend pretty much triple or quadruple the amount of time on it too. And maybe that is the case with yours too. Just provide us a picture of what you are buying.
