i have tried for the past month to self advertise my channel but its not working.....
if you think you can just simply try to figure out how this method will work it wont happen. Not sure if there is a bot or something that gets top comment. I know one of you geniuses out there can help and im willing to giveaway $25 to that person.

Youtube, like many other sites probably would be checking that. Thing with the comments that get posted and insta boosted, they are either getting bot liked/commented or they are seen as people refresh the page and comment on them. The way that people see them and interact with them isn't always in a pattern, so unless you get a bot/you're lucky I don't think there's really anything you could do.

you just need to be EXTREMELY early

I have probably gotten top comments in some Youtube video at least 7 times or so. What you do is:

1. Point out something funny in the video. It could be an easter egg that the content creator put, or something really funny that would make people laugh.
2. YOU MUST GET TO THE VIDEO AT LEAST 1 MINUTE AFTER THE VIDEO IS UPLOADED. If not, you can't get top comment.
3. Just copy and paste some random meme that seems to always be at the top.
4. Yeah that's basically it lmao[DOUBLEPOST=1513223161][/DOUBLEPOST]btw if you are trying to self advertise there's no point. Making quality content on Youtube will get you more subs and views than spending the time to try and self promote.

Find channels that uploaded popular videos, subscribe to them, and then turn on notifications. That way, you'll know when they upload and will be able to comment a joke.

Try to be as early as possible, make something that most people would just do and be over with, for example "(YouTubers Name) is the nicest YouTuber! Like if you agree!", if you want you can make the YouTubers name or something bold by adding '*'s at the beginning and end of the word to make it stand out more, if you really want to self-advertise, if that comment gets lots of likes you could edit the comment to something that would get people / little kids to check it out.

Or you could always see if theres a bot that does it, I know there are bots because there of those fake YouTuber accounts that try to get you to click their link for "free stuff", and those get hundreds of likes, must be a bot of some sort..
