I am wanting a YouTube intro, and maybe an outro to go along with it. Small budget but can possibly be flexible. Before I announce my budget I would like a quote first. I have the design and idea in my head but I have no software to make it myself.
Non-descriptive description: (I don't want to give away my idea lol) Something will go across the screen and letters spelling out the channel will appear behind it. The letters will slightly turn left and right while staying in place.
